We Are Not a Supplier. We Are the Infrastructure.

The Global Cacao Supply Network connects farmers, cooperatives, processors, and verified global buyers through one structured, traceable sourcing system — from origin farm to your warehouse door.

TRACEABLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Sourcing Origins

Farm → Processing → Powder → Distribution

Every stage of the supply chain is managed within our platform...

Origin Farm Network

We work directly with smallholder farmers and large plantations across Latin America, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. All farms are vetted for quality practices, sustainability, and fair-trade standards.

Cooperative Aggregation

Harvest is aggregated through our certified cooperative partners — allowing volume consolidation, first-pass quality sorting, and verified farmer identity traceability before it enters the processing stage.

Global Distribution

Processed cacao powder ships to verified wholesale buyers, retailers, and distributors across 30+ countries. Shipping-included pricing, structured contracts, and repeatable order cycles are standard across all buyer relationships.

Certified Processing

Raw beans are fermented, dried, and processed in certified facilities. Each batch undergoes lab testing for moisture, alkaloid levels, and contaminants — meeting food-safety standards for Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific markets.

Supplier Structure

A Structured Sourcing System — Not an Open Marketplace.

Unlike commodity exchanges or open-market platforms, the Global Cacao Supply Network operates as a closed, managed supply network. Every buyer, every supplier, every batch is vetted and registered.

This means buyers receive consistent supply, farmers receive fair contracts, and every kilo shipped carries a complete provenance record.

Why Managed Networks Outperform Spot Markets

Fewer intermediaries. Locked pricing. Guaranteed volume. Origin traceability at SKU level.

Step 01 Buyer applies to join the network
Wholesale buyers submit a trade inquiry form and are reviewed for volume legitimacy, geographic market fit, and compliance. Approval typically takes 48–72 hours.
Step 02 Sample kit dispatched from live stock
Verified buyers receive a curated sample kit containing product SKUs relevant to their market — each labelled with lot number, origin, and processing method.
Step 03 Supply agreement structured And signed
Our trade team structures a recurring supply agreement — covering pricing per MT, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, and preferred Incoterms (FOB/CIF).
Step 04 Repeatable supply — shipment by shipment
Each order is dispatched with full CoA documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and digital origin records. Buyers manage orders and track shipments through dedicated account management.
