Shipping Overview
We provide structured, transparent, and globally compliant shipping for cacao products supplied to wholesale buyers, distributors, and trade partners.
All shipments are handled through professional freight partners with export documentation prepared in advance.
What “Shipping Included” Means
When a quotation or agreement states “shipping included”, it means:
- Freight cost is built into the quoted price
- Export handling and origin documentation are covered
- Standard international freight is arranged by us
Final scope depends on the agreed Incoterm (see below).
Incoterms Explained
We operate under internationally recognised Incoterms, including but not limited to:
- FOB (Free On Board) – Buyer assumes responsibility after port loading
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Freight and insurance included
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Available by special agreement
The applicable Incoterm is clearly stated in every quotation and invoice.
Delivery Timelines
- Production & preparation: 7–21 days (depending on volume)
- Sea freight: 20–45 days (region dependent)
- Air freight: 5–10 days (on request)
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to port congestion, customs clearance, or global logistics conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, GST, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local food import regulations.
Risk & Responsibility Transfer
Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Once responsibility transfers, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.
Tracking & Communication
Shipment details, documentation, and tracking references are shared once cargo is dispatched.
Dedicated trade support is available throughout the shipping process.
